What are the two most skills/qualities I need to develop in all.

The two most skills I need to develop are self management skills and communication skills because I need to develop the most, otherwise it would be difficult in future. The qualities are respect and discipline. Attributes are Principled and open minded. I have problem with these. If this problem continues, it would be difficult for me in future to live. These are most common and need to develop them.
